Warranty:

Saksa Automaatika Inseneribüroo OÜ will provide a warranty of 12 months for goods. The warranty will cover replacement of products due to manufacturing defects and/or material faults free of charge.

Return of products:

Any item not meeting the conditions agreed between the Customer and the Seller may be returned within 30 calendar days of receipt of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.

All items being returned by the Customer must be unused and in their original unopened packaging.

All software products returned by the Customer must be unused and in the unopened original packaging. Returns of software products will not be accepted if the packaging has been opened.

The purchase price will be fully refunded if the reason for return is false information provided by Saksa Automaatika Inseneribüroo OÜ regarding the product.

In other cases, up to 80% of the purchasing price will be refunded based on agreement between the parties.

Returns of special order items will not be accepted.

Confidentiality clause:

The prices and quotations may not be disclosed to any third parties without our prior written consent and it will constitute an instrument of pre-contractual negotiations. The customer may not disclose the details of the price quotation to any third parties, regardless whether the contract is concluded or not.

Saksa Automaatika Inseneribüroo has the right to cancel the price quotation if the Customer is in breach of the above obligation and to notify the persons to whom the price quotation or its details were disclosed.
