Standard Delivery Terms:<\/strong><\/h4>\n

DDP address of the site<\/p>\n

Warranty: <\/strong><\/h4>\n

Saksa Automaatika Insenerib\u00fcroo O\u00dc will provide a warranty of 12 months for goods. The warranty will cover replacement of products due to manufacturing defects and\/or material faults free of charge.<\/p>\n

Return of products:<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Any item not meeting the conditions agreed between the Customer and the Seller may be returned within 30 calendar days of receipt of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.<\/p>\n

All items being returned by the Customer must be unused and in their original unopened packaging.<\/p>\n

All software products returned by the Customer must be unused and in the unopened original packaging. Returns of software products will not be accepted if the packaging has been opened.<\/p>\n

The purchase price will be fully refunded if the reason for return is false information provided by Saksa Automaatika Insenerib\u00fcroo O\u00dc regarding the product.<\/p>\n

In other cases, up to 80% of the purchasing price will be refunded based on agreement between the parties.<\/p>\n

Returns of special order items will not be accepted.<\/p>\n

Confidentiality clause:<\/strong><\/h4>\n

The prices and quotations may not be disclosed to any third parties without our prior written consent and it will constitute an instrument of pre-contractual negotiations. The customer may not disclose the details of the price quotation to any third parties, regardless whether the contract is concluded or not.<\/p>\n
